Some days ago my expensive 2080ti died suddenly and I was worried that being in Romania it would be unlikely to benefit from the GPU warranty since Im not even the original buyer. But I contacted the shop and they just sent me a brand new GPU in Romania from the UK, I only had to pay for the expenses both ways. So I guess, at least inside the EU, Cyberpowerpc customer service is just excellent. I called them to have them ship me the parts I needed to use it and they took over a week to send me the wrong part.
